Standard Bank handed me over to lawyers despite our agreement.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Standard Bank, a bank I have always respected and trusted. I agreed with the bank to make a monthly payment towards my debt and diligently have been paying the bank monthly for some time. I never defaulted even once, not even during the lockdown. Despite that, the bank decided to hand me over to lawyers without even notifying me. I just got a call from lawyers.
