Standard Bank Hammarsdale poor service

Hammarsdale standard Bank Serive is seriously poor and shocking.only 1 consultant working it's 12:52pm 30January 2024, and there is almost 20 people in the waiting area and other desks are free.no one updates us what's going on I even took pics of this terrible branch unfortunately I had to leave because I couldn't wait so many hours just for a stamp to confirm i dont have an account which i could have opened one .seriously needs attention some consultants walk in with chips punching their phones no sense of urgency here.
