Standard Bank half job service

Standard Bank takes advantage of their consumers. They claim my father was owing on his home bond from 2017 and have not been corresponding until recently after months of battle with them when he had to go to their offices. Although they provided a letter proving full payment they didn't call ITC to clear his record (which their responsible for) the contact details provided on the letter do not get through and there is no email address to contact them. A letter alone is not enough!!! Can Standard Bank please get Sharushka Padaychy to complete the process. I don't see why this wasn't done by the bank as it is quicker to clear compared to my father disputing. You can't inconvenience people and do half job!!!!
