STANDARD BANK GOLD MEDAL FOR WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER

Standard Bank Home Loans is the worst service provider and unprofessional service provider I to date had to deal with.They dont provide you with monthly statements and every month one has to beg for it. It exactly a year that I am still awairting a answer on a claim. I will not recommend dealing with them if I compare their customer service with other banks. Seriously every time they apologize and a consultant will contact you. IN WHICH YEAR????????
