Standard Bank goes the extra...... 8 kms !!!!

After being given the wrong requirements for doing FICA update the Team at Fourways Crossing still allowed me to do the FICA and also allowed my four year old Daughter to open her first bank account BUT the most amazing offer was made by one of the bank managers to then follow me home the visually confirm that i resided at the address the i had provided and sign off everything that i had spent my time doing in the bank. The bank manger arrived bearing a small gift ( a sucker) for my daughter and verified my address. Small things and can have a big impact and i thought the days of a bank manager coming to your house were long gone BUT I'm glad that Standard Bank feel they can and will go the extra mile( Literally they went 8 kms') to help out . IF THAT IS NOT SERVICE THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS .......Good job Standard Bank Fourways Crossing you have shown that personal service still exsists.
