Standard Bank - glorified tellers

If I could actually give them zero stars I would. Seems as though everyone in the bank is just a glorified teller without the ability to actually help with any banking queries. Not to mention that you have to wait over an hour to see someone to tell you they can't help you when this could have been relayed by the person in front who asks why you are there to begin with. Now I'm waiting for their call centre to pick up and see if anyone there can actually help...10 minutes and counting. An absolutely pointless banking institution, if you can bank elsewhere, you should.
