Standard bank give cold shoulder

I have been a customer of Standard Bank (Standerton Branch) for 17 years on the 25 August my salary was paid into that account. On the 26th wanted to do a withdrawal and it gave me error with insufficient funds. On the 26th I went to the bank to complain. I received the following: <br> My bank account is frozen. I need to bring in proof of residence and my ID. My bank account was frozen without notifying me. I have not received any Call, sms that will inform me that my account will be frozen. This is also not the first time that my account was frozen without notification. I transferred money to my daughter account on 26th but this account was also frozen. I had to arrange at work to take my lunch hour earlier on the 27th so I can sort out the problem. On the 27th I arrived at Standerton Branch about 9:00. The problem was sorted out and they said the money should reflect in my account within 2 hours. The money was in my account and I ask my daughter to go and withdraw money from the Standerton Spar ATM outside. The reason for this is I have already taken lunch so could not go by myself. I needed to pay the necessities for my house. As there was no bread and milk at home Due
