Standard bank Gezina branch

I went to Gezina branch to link my access bond and my savings account.They couldn't do what i regard as a mundane task.They got technical department do help but he said that functionality was taken from them.Post ups and downs,I was told they will be linked within forty-five working hours.Forty-five hours later i am still waiting.
