Standard bank gets worse by the day

I am at standard bank at 5 Simon's street, it I have been here for over an hour, there are people who have been passing me on the que getting service, I asked them why others are getting preference they told me they are only prioritrizing "easy" cases, yet I am here for filling up a form and I am not a priority. This is why I once left this God forbidden bank....I regret coming back. Please let us know if you don't want our services, so we can go back to FNB.....
