Standard Bank Garage card charges

Still no response from anyone from Standard bank calling with regards to where my garage card has been sent to since 2006. I have been billed R40 plus interest for 13 years and they only refunded me with 6 months. If it was not their mistake why refund 6 months? What about the proof I asked about where and when I collected the first garage card... Still waiting. This is unacceptable.
