Standard Bank Funeral Policy Disgrace

I app**** for a funeral policy claim at Standard Bank to have my grandmother buried. I received an amount of R1000 instead of R10 000,an inconvenience indeed. The question is which funeral costs R1000 ? Really upset and disappointed had to spend my airtime calling their call center multiple times where it took them close to 20 minutes just to attend to my call.
