Standard bank funeral plans forse useless
My name is Ulermeo Swanepoel I had a funeral cover for me and my family, at standard bank underwriter by liberty they broker, my contract whit them is that they must deduct every month on the 26th so they do every month,but suddenly September they deducted on the 23th and I get payed on the 25th every month, when I go to the branch now one can explain to me what happened suddenly on the 28th they liberty send me a sms they canceled my funeral plan for one payment that they mest up they didn't stick on the contract which said 26th so I lost all my money that I had paid
