STANDARD BANK FRUSTRATIONS WITH NEW NON-FUNCTIONAL EFT SITE

So, Standard Bank went over the the new (dysfunctional) EFT site some time this week WITHOUT NOTIFICATION that the old, functional EFT site is now dead. After 2 sessions (2 hours) each with my personal/business bankers confirmation of the following non-functional functions: 1. Accounts have account nrs only (no names). I have 3 of each (current, market-link, bond and more) - impossible to memorise 15 bank account numbers on two EFT profiles 2) Impossible to generate an account balance sheet - DUH???? This is the most important document I print once a week (for private banking and business banking) 3) I cannot revert back to the old EFT site - now disabled. I wonder who the idiot IT persons are that designed this dysfunctional site? How interesting to learn that all the problems I encounter were highlighted by the fantastic team of private bankers; but the feedback was ignored by the IT department... arrogance maybe? Surely the bankers who deal with clients on a daily basis should be deemed as the experts and their feedback should be taken seriously? 4)How interesting that my auditors confirmed today that all their clients with Standard Bank accounts are pulling their hair out wrt the new STANDARD BANK EFT site 5)I rationalized the high Standard Bank banking costs by off-setting that against good personal service. (Private and Business Banking) 6)Maybe the IT dept should be rewarded for every client Standard Bank will lose? 7)I am investigating other options - bye-bye Standard Bank, you will see the last of me in early 2018 8) Oh and lastly - how interesting that there is no statement forthcoming wrt the billions of exposure that S/B has ito money lent to Steinhoff?
