Standard bank frozen account and funds

My name is Nikiwe Sibanda l have a problem with standard bank of South Africa they froze my account and my hard earned funds without a notice in any form. it's bee a month now when l go to the branch with my lD they ask me to call but still no help and no one will bother to call from standard bank this is unfair treatment because we are in time when we need money most.lm wasting money going to the branch for no help or reasonable explanation.l have been a loyal customer to standard bank for so many years but now lm starting to hate their unprofessional poor service. Can you please unlock my account and my fund even if you just free my funds I still believe there are other banks with a decent service
