STANDARD BANK FROZE MY ACCOUNT AND THEY DON'T CARE

I have my Std Bank account for several years.I am fully FICA compliant since forever.<br> Standard Bank has decided to FREEZE my account stating that i am not FICA compliant.I needed to provide proof of address - which i did by way of a letter posted to me from Std Bank.The Bank decided that this letter was not proof enough - crazy stuff. I had to return with a different proof of address - which i did... several days ago.<br> This was to have sorted the issue Std Bank had with me - UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME, NOT SO.<br> I have been to the Woodlands Mall branch in Pretoria East a few times in my own time - having to follow queues - with absolutely no response from the bank.<br> I have also called the branch on several occasions - sent 3 emails Std Bank to have my account reinstated - always promised that i will be contacted - NOBODY CARES!!!!<br> <br> I have a home loan aside from this frozen account with Std bank and WILL take it to another bank if my account is not reinstated IMMEDIATELY!! I will seriously NOT be conducting any new business with Std Bank as a result of this total disrespect for me.<br> I want a sincere apology as my life has virtually been turned upside down!!!<br> Absolute MADNESS!!!!!!
