STANDARD BANK FRONT DESK CONSULTANTS ARE USELESS

I went to standard bank branch in oudtshoorn western cape and went to acquire as to why STANDARD BANK authorized a debicheck that i reversed which went off again in 01March and 31March help desk told me to contact the financial collector....😡***?!!!

Now at his point i was furious at that consultant,I'm so disgusted and ****ed off to think this consultant told me that it's my problem....my damn money went off this month it happened again R250 luckily there was no money in my account this month31

I'm talking about this CASHFIN R250 DEBICHECK who just deduct money from people for doing jack ****!!!!!... I went on the standard bank banking app and online banking to reverse this CASHFIN R250 DEBICHECK.!!! but this messed up app doesn't give me the option as the app shows there are no damn debit orders to reverse...

on my online banking profile again they have the same R250 debicheck but under a different name ALTECH NUPAY A DIVISION OF ALTRON...how stupid can these consultants be that's working in this oudtshoorn western cape branch!!!!

Please replace these front desk consultants they are just blind and don't use their commonsense and just want to look good as to how Manny customers go through the stupid system!!!!😡 it's true please!!!!...do your damn homework i need my damn R250 that went off the 1st of March as this bank doesn't give me the option to reverse debit orders!!!!! STANDARD PLEASE...

i will always air my frustrations to help you do your damn work better...you people are worse then grade65s...

I need feed back I'm reporting you and these ******s to the authorities very soon do your damn work and stop rushing through a customers problems!!!!
