Standard Bank freezes account and threatens legal action

<p>My bank account has not been active have been out of the country and no money was coming through my platinum account for about 3 months. I get a call the other day that I must rectify the account else legal action will commence . like really standard bank ? ? you don't even ask the reason why the account is in that state. I moved to this bank thinkin the service would be better am totally disappointed in the way the matter has been handled. I want to speak to someone more senior about this.</p>
