STANDARD BANK ********** AND ******** PROCEEDINGS!!!

1. Standard bank granted two huge loans totalling an amount of R650.000.00 to the seller (R400.000.00 and within a period of 1 to 2 months another loan of R250.000.00) being fully aware that there is an existing contract between the seller and myself and the property’s value was BELOW the amount granted to the seller and there was no evaluation done of the property. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: MY PROPERTY has been put down as security for these loans however, the seller’s PROPERTY which the loans were granted for IS LEFT UNTOUCHED. WHY???? 2. Standard Bank being fully aware that the seller had abandoned the property which originally belonged to ABSA bank proceeded to grant the loans to the seller who did not even reside on the property and was unemployed at the time the loans were GRANTED (WHAT A RISK!!) 3. Standard Bank defied the order of the HIGH COURT and proceeded to seek execution of MY property though the court denied them this request over 9 (NINE) TIMES! 4. The case was STRUCK OFF and Standard Bank continued ********ly with a struck off matter eliminating the ORIGINAL court order from the bundle of the case file and replacing it with a DRAFT order always setting the matter in court with 9 DIFFERENT Honourable Judges. 5. Standard Bank mislead the court by claiming real rights on the property seeking execution OVER MY PROPERTY WHILE THEY HAVE GRANTED MORTGAGE TO THE SELER IN ORDER FOR THE SELLER TO OBTAIN THE SECOND PROPERTY WHICH STANDARD BANK DOES NOT WANT TO DISCLOSE AND IS HIDDEN THROUGHOUT THESE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS and committing ***** though knowing very well that they were committing ***** as it was a deliberate lie. 6. All these lies and ***** by STANDARD BANK WERE OPPOSED in court and the COURT granted me an order to supplement my affidavit after the judge saw that I was intending to sue STANDARD BANK R20 000 000.00 in my filed report. I supplemented and served Standard Bank who failed to answer AND TO DATE no answering affidavit has been filed. 7. Standard bank then pulled out of this case in SILENCE from 2011 TO DATE without rectifying the mess that they left in the Deeds Office with TWO ******** BONDS attached to my property. 8. Standard Bank as a reputable financial institute BROKE ITS OWN LAWS AND FAILED TO UPHOLD THE RULE OF LAW AND I INTEND TO SUE AND CLAIM MY LEGAL COSTS as I have been dragged to court for 11 (ELEVEN) YEARS NOW!!! My financial resources were exhausted as the Law firms I appointed to represent me were BOUGHT out of the case. I thus resorted to Legal aid who TOO was bought off the case and I am left without any legal representation. HOW DO I AS A CIVILIAN STAND AGAINST EDUCATED ADVOCATES (WHO KNOW THE LAW) IN THE COURT OF LAW TRYING TO DEFEND WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE??? 9. Standard Bank has caused me pain and suffering. Being served ********ly by sheriffs and Standard Bank not respecting the COURT ORDER Granted by the court, doing as they please and NOT ADHERING TO THE LAW!! 10. I then went to the Deputy Judge President of the Gauteng High Court the Honourable Judge Mojapelo who advised me to report the Standard Bank attorney’s KEVIN MOODLEY & ASSOCIATES to the Law Society which I did and found that they have been already removed from the roll of Attorneys and cannot practice law. As for Standard Bank’s Advocate MR.MG REBELO I traced him and THE BOARD OF ADVOCATES DOES NOT HAVE ARESIDENTIAL ADDRESS OR A CONTACTABLE TELEPHONE NUMBER. This is strange that such a Reputable FINANCIL INSTITUTE WOULD USE SUCH PEOPLE TO do their Litigation!!! 11. I can never get through to the people stated in the legal proceedings from Standard Bank’s Loan department as they appear to be NON EXISTANT!!! 12. In my last 2011 Legal serving to Standard bank my plea to the courts was the TWO MORTGAGE BONDS registered on the 25th of October 2006 and the 22nd of February 2007 over MY PROPERTY as security of the DEBT incurred by the seller be declared ********!!

NB: EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN STATED IN THIS COMPLAINT HAS WRITTEN PROOF OF SUCH DEALINGS. THESE ARE NOT ALLEGATIONS BUT FACTS AND TRUTH TO *******ION AT ITS HIGHEST LEVEL BY STANDARD OF SOUTH AFRICA. ALL I REQUIRE IS CLOSURE TO THIS LONG VERY LONG AND PAINFUL ORDEAL THAT MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN DRAGGED THROUGH FOR MANY YEARS NOW. AS A REVEREND, HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR DIVINE INTERVENTION THIS MATTER COULD HAVE DESTROYED ME AS I RECALL MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS OF RESEARCH ON PROPERTY LAW, STRESS, UNSTABLE MENTAL CAPACITY AND THE BURDEN OF A FATHER AND A HUSBAND TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF MY FAMILY.
