standard bank ********** of the highest level

hi my name is naseem jalal march of last year i was excited to purchase my first ever vehicle through finance and i was greatfull that standard bank asset finance approved my finance.

fast forward 4 months later i got into a bit of a jam not with my car payments but with once of finance and a loan i had to pay.

so i strategically stopped payment on the car to finish these block payments off when standard bank contacted me i made it clear of my intentions and that my affordability never flouted payment

i have no idea where asfin came into the picture and after a few threatening phone calls from them and me fruitlessly trying axplain my strategy and payment route

they blatently attached my vehicle, i am highly upset and will be seeking legal action against the bank and asfin collectively.

my car was *******ly attached and i have email proof that through standard banks attorneys i sent a letter stating my intentions.

i want justice here and i will not pay a cent until i get a written letter stand by standard bank stating the return of my vehicle until bnefore i commence any payment

i will not what so ever pay for something i do not own
