Standard bank *****.lack of customer service

My dad want to draw money at Rustenburg Square atm he did not receive any money or his bank card, he can't hear, strugle to walk he ask the security what to do then the security just say he can't do anything the card is gone.. And then he walk away.. My dad went to Spar, the manager their assist him to phone the ***** line, nobody answered the phone at Standard bank ***** line.. While they strugle my dad bank card is already used at other atm and they bought R9999. 00 at Studio 88 and 5000 cash nearby taxi rank. Now Standard bank say my dad took to long to stop the card.. But how he must stop it if they don't answer their.. Phone... They can see where is the card used.. And where my dad want to draw money... My dad phone me that time but I was working..
