Hi I'm Musawenkosi mntungwa my number is *** I have been trying to call standard bank about the high rates of my insurance and I wanted to give them my life cover and my retrenchment cover as a security just in case something happen to my job the refuse saying "my retrenchment cover covers only 6 month they want 12 month cover I did shop around those covers all south African insurance covets only 6 months they did that inorder to disadvantage and manipulate vulnerable people in south Africa TWO the time I took this bond when I was on contract working under it then now I'm permanent at work when I ask them to review my interests rates since I'm permanent they have refused so now I see that I'm not being attended I'm treated as a trash in the this bank
