Standard Bank ***** division is pathetic and shows no regard

I had ********** transactions going off my account multiple times. Was told it would take 72 hours to resolve. Biggest lie ever. Got my new card yesterday, only to see the same transaction taking place again. Phone the number to enquire about this only to be put through the ***** division again, without being told. Get through to the ***** division with a ****y agent who thinks he owns standard Bank, and deals with a customer as though I am an imbecile. Still told another 72 hours for my query to be resolved after waiting for over a week and nothing has been done.
