Standard Bank ***** department lacks client service

Yesterday I wrote my review regarding standard bank and I got the response that a consultant will contact me which I am still waiting for the consultant to call. Today I went to Jabulani Mall Standard bank branch and was assisted by the manager who tried calling the ***** department but there was no answer. I'm in credit bureau because of Standard Bank. I am not responsible for all the illigal activities that STD Bank claims I did, I wish the ***** department will do its duty and clear my name because I'm not letting this go. I went to the police station to open a case and will not rest untill my name is cleared.
