Standard bank ***** department is useless

Standard bank ***** department is the worst I've ever seen.im a long time prestige client and was de*****ed of alot of money.i opened a case.gave them all details.they contacted ********** bank and was supposed to get my money back.then everything stopped. No reply from ***** department lady Sent and called her numerous times. Still nothing. What a useless department that is there to help they client's.
