STANDARD BANK ***** DEPARTMENT

I recently wrote about my hugely upsetting experience of being the victim of a dual sim swap at standard Bank. It's an unmitigated disgrace they never caught my life's savings transferred from my money market account to my current account and withdrawn in minutes in 43 tranches

EVEN WORSE the ***** DEPARTMENT HAVE KEPT ME WAITING FOR OVER FORTY (yes 40) DAYS WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION OR RESOLUTION

I've done EVERYTHING THEY'VE REQUESTED- submitted proof ( which they obviously have on record), opened a police case, written an affidavit etc

It's IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN ANSWER - same old same old, our investigators will contact u. I thought I had made a decent contact with the ***** departments team leader - more promises - only to be let down once again

In addition the detective from SAPS who is supposed to be handling my case also hasn't bothered to contact me

It seems no one gives a continental.... I'm at my wits end my anger and frustration are through the stratosphere

STANDARD BANK has become so big and unwieldy they don't give a .... about the small man ITS DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING
