Standard Bank ***** Case not resolved after 4 years

In 2012 I settled and closed my Credit Card with Standard Bank. In 2014, there was transactions on this credit card for more that R50 000, with out my knowledge. In 2015 I received Lawyer letters saying that I owe Standard Bank Money, 3 different lawyers contacted me to collect the debt. In November of 2015, I opened a ***** case (2 ********** 7313). I was informed that the issue will be resolved. In June 2016, still no results, so I complained on HelloPeter just to get some kind of response from the bank. In August 2016, the issue still was not resolved, I lodged a complaint ( ********** 490 - Nkululeko Sithole) where I was promised that the issue was resolved. Today, April 2019 I go to the bank, apply for lending, and they decline because there is an OPEN Credit Card with Debt of R50 000. This was never resolved. Standard Bank has done nothing to resolve this is 3 years!!!

After sitting in the bank for 3 hours, trying to resolve this, I was sent home without any results. I can't do business with standard bank, I was just told that the issue will be investigated.

Standard Bank has been investigating for more than 3 years now, and clearly do not want to resolve the issue or do business.
