Standard bank *****

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service from standard bank is absolutely disgusting I have been on hold on a call for over 30 minutes trying to sort out an issue with my account. There is money going off my account under cheqie card purchases from different "companies" and none of them were made me. This has also put my account in the negative by so much which makes no sense because there was no funds in the account so how is it possible that card purchases were going through and there is no overdraft on my account. This is also the second time that something like this is happening and the first time I also received no assistance from standard bank and I lost all that money.

I will definitely be changing banks and do not recommend banking with them.
