Standard bank *****

I reported *****elent activities on my account on 14th february 2019. i have made numerous calls to try and get this resolved as my account is currently sitting on a negative balance ( i do not have an overdraft facility) Standard bank has confirmed that these transaction are occuring on a card i cancelled on 05 November 2018. I spoke to Rochelle on 19th who confirmed that the issue had been resolved and 22 and 23 February 2019 i recieved a notification that my account was overdrawn again. I have spent over an hour today ( 25.02.2019) with no success being transferred from one department to another, I spoke to about 5 people and still no resolution Standard bank can not stop these transactions or atleast freeze the account and it seems like everytime i follow up the details of my query change . Today i spoke to Jenevive Smith who informed me that these transactions started occuring in December 2018 ( she said this is what was reflecting on my query but yet previously was advised that the transaction started on 4 February 2019) On my statement the transactions only started on 08.02.2019. How do they explain transaction on a cancelled card? Why is my account on a negative if i do not have an overdraft facility?
