STANDARD BANK FOURWAYS MALL DINOSAUR BRANCH

Standard Bank Branch located in Fourways Mall is the worst experience ever. They have a Hello Desk where the staff are not trained and direct you to a waiting area As their staff Numbers are low the Waiting time is long. I wanted a form stamped to verify my Account which could have been actioned at the Hello Poingt as they are set up with a Laptop but looks like they cant use it? There are so few Branches now and no one has time to wait for an hour or longer therefore Standard Bank must offer a process to verify Accounts on line as their Customer Service is beyond BAD.
