Standard bank Forwx department out of control

Someone from standard bank called and confirmed that we as a customers cannot see the rates of exchange and agree to it before OUR money in converted into Rand or dollar. In other words the bank or rather their not so honest employees decide for the customer what exchange rate they will be getting. This is ultimate in dishonesty and opens the door to *******ion. Time to close down bank that operate outside international business norms.
