STANDARD BANK FOREX, TELLER LAVONNE

I visited Standard Bank at Tygervalley Manor to do forex business. I was unable to log in to my old Shyft card. Nothing was working as it should. I want to give a big cheer and thanks to their Forex Teller, Lavonne who spent hours with me, trying everything to sort out my problem. She went way beyond what anyone could expect, she was patient, friendly, thought "out the box" and achieved what Shyft themselves couldn't achieve. I am so grateful to her and she is a real asset to the Bank. All the staff there, from the Manager down, seem so helpful and I had the best banking experience possible, despite my problem.
