Standard bank forex department is the most useless financial department in existence. When you have incoming funds that needs to be converted they give you the worst possible rate. There is no supervision and no one knows what is going on behind the closed doors. They do as they please with zero accountability. The most useless department within standard bank. I suggest never use them if you want to save money and not get *****ed.
