Standard Bank for me it’s not a good bank and it’s shows that our money is not safe at all

Hi it’s being three months now with my virtual card ***** case There’s no way I can rate this bank better because the stress that they caused me , that money was for kids school fees as I’m writing this now most of my accounts are behind especially school fees they still not have sorted my case and even with Umbusman I’m not getting any feedback from anyone not even just half of my money to can at least pay some of my school fees . They told me they closed the case but no report nothing
