Standard bank for less then standard service

After wanting to move to standard bank because of the poor service offered by fnb private banking. I thought I would try standard bank. I did the application online sent through my documents and was told the account was opened. Amd that a private banker would contact me.

This was more then 7 days ago. Looks like standard bank is just that a standard bank not knowing g how to give any for of customer service

Perhaps they should be called sub standard bank
