Standard bank flexi deposit

Am so disappointed with standard bank, I opened a flexi deposit account using the standard bank app because I would be able to access the funds anytime , now when I need the funds they tell me that I can only access 40% of the funds I had a 1000 in the account now am left with 600 they say i will forfeit 450 so meaning i will get 150 , this is ridiculous, I am leaving this bank
