Standard Bank fleet
Its been 2 week that I have app**** that my ABSA merchant can accept Standard Bank fleet cards. I have done everything that they requested me to do. like send all the paperwork. This week I have called the call centre many times and the recording says I will be helped in 1 minute but I stay on the line for over 10 minutes then I try again and same thing I have send emails for a response but nothing. I am losing customers because I cant accept their fleet cards. One customer even left without paying.
