Standard bank finance ****** and *****
Standard bank finance are ******,I have a 3 month old account with them and they're already cost me 45+ of my credits score. They deducted the full amount of their debit order,but they went behind my back and reported my account as in errears and when I call them they keep sending me up and down to their unprofessional call center agents. Can anyone here advice me where can I report this unpleasant experience as I don't want other credit lenders to see me as a slow payer, as for Standard bank please avoid having a credit with them if you can please they are full time ******.

This the response I just got from standard bank, after they say they will investigate. They still don't acknowledge their mistake, they deducted my account I have all the proof I would post it here if there was a space to show everyone who's lying and to show their future clients what they will encounter in future if they use this bank for any loans and mortgages. This is not a good experience to anyone and no one deserves such treatment
