Standard bank finance

Hello Peter please help I have a financed vihicle with standard bank, since last year, so since we as a country experiencing this pandemic convid 19 the company I work for was also on lockdown with no salary, I called standard bank for a payment holiday from end of April for 3months,which will be April 25, May 25, June 25, they logged a request for me and told me it takes 7working days, they will sent an email once it's approved, so I called them the next week, after 7 working days, I spoke to someone I just forget to take down their names but they should have prove bcz their calls are recorded. So when I called that person told me it's approved, I asked will the debit order go off, they said no, on the 25th April but it went off, so when I called the person said it wasn't suppose to go off, they logged a request, I have spend more than R350 airtime calling with no help, I have spoken to 7 different consultants and they all have different feedback like they working for different companies but they working for standardbank.. On the 5th may I called in again this time I took down the consultant name Nobuntu Mrubala she said to me it's approved she just needs to logg a request for refund by Tuesday I should get my refund she gave me a ref number Ref ***...i was happy thinking we getting somewhere... Today I called again when I asked her name I was angry she kept on saying hold, hold, then she tells me it's pre-approved and she spoke to the debt call center who deals with payment holidays, I said 10 working days has passed long time, this payment holiday was approved 2nd week of April from wat I have been informed today is the 12 may, she said she can't help, so I don't even know who to talk to.... Standardbank is the worse campany I delt with.same day I called standard bank, is the same day I called nedbank, it took nedbank 3working days.... I regret the day I got financed by standard bank, I mean I'm not asking them to buy me gold I just need good service... 2months bank I wanted to change my debit order date they said I must go to the bank, what is the call center job... I'm just tired of standard bank, I just delt with them from 2019 but I am fed-up..
