STANDARD BANK FICA DOCUMENTS

I received an sms today stating that Standard Bank has frozen all my accounts and that I need to take in my proof of residence & Identity Document.<br> <br> It is ********* that Standard Bank has done this.<br> <br> The right method would be to request the documents first and if I failed to comply - then damn freeze the accounts.<br> <br> I have to change all my plans now to Standard Bank's ****py service.<br> <br> I don't think that other banks have such brainless people working for them??? <br> <br> Standard bank has cost me a lot of money because of this. Idiots.
