Standard Bank FICA department is ***********

I have been to Standard Bank numerous time to hand in FICA documentation and, after still getting SMS's and notifications regarding my account still being not FICA compliant I managed to get through to BizDirect who came back to me with emails stating that they HAD received my documentation and that my account WAS compliant. I have had three of these confirmation emails and yet they still freeze my account as their FICA department is obviously totally ***********. If they are not able to do their job they should not be in business ! I am digusted with this bank!
