Standard Bank Festival Mall

Today I went to Festival Mall, Kempton Park and had to wait almost an hour for a paraplegic parking to go open in the area I needed to be. I am in a wheel chair, problem is that a branded Standard Bank vehicle is using the dedicated paraplegic parking. According to security the vehicle always parks there and it is the vehicle of the Standard Bank Manager. After wasting a lot of airtime trying to get assistance from Standard Bank to be put through to the branch with no luck and the security informing us that they did call the manager but with no luck. My concern is how can this be allowed especially in a clearly branded Standard Bank vehicle. Please take this matter up as it is not fair
