Standard bank **** money

So disappointed about standard bank festival mall employees,Fatima,Pertunia and Thomas. We withdraw the money out of their machine.The money was torned into pieces by their machine.What makes me angry ive been calling them using my airtime for several times.Fatima called me and I've told her about the money that was torned into pieces and she told me to bring back the money and she will refund me.To my surprised today she is refusing to exchange the money.I feel that my son is been humiliated by standard bank..Can someone pls from standard bank refund my money
