Standard bank **** money

I have made an instant cash early this morning of R50 voucher no *** to *** cellphone number.From standard bank account no ***.My son works at Festival mall so I have asked him to get the cash for his transport money.Unfortunately he went to withdraw the money from the standard bank ATM in festival Mall and the money came out full of inks looking very bad as and old money.Then he quickly run to the security guard that was at the ATM.The security guy couldn't help him instead he was very rude to the young boy.My son son went inside the bank and spoke to the lady at the reception area.The lady was also rude to him telling him that thats not their money.Can standard bank please advise me how their money looks like and how can my son get the **** money out of their ATM.I would appreciate if standard bank can go through their cameras and tell me that my son was not at their bank.According to my knowledge the cameras should reveal every thing that happens round about 14:40 This afternoon and am also appealing to standard bank to refund my R50 ASAP.Pls feel free to contact me Virginia or Kamogelo ***/***
