STANDARD BANK FAILURE TO PROTECT MY ACCOUNT.
The is an unauthorised debit order of R117.50 running off my account with standard bank. The reference number on my account is REVOLVREW REVOLVR220263 . I phoned the bank, they promised to reverse the July debit order but asked me to phone them every month to either stop or reverse this debit order. Standard bank is failing its duty of protecting my funds vested with them. they purnish me by giving me the number to call, of which no one is answering it.
