Standard Bank failure to address suspicious phishing action, seemingly from their own website!

I am a long standing client of Standard Bank, who receives documents from the bank as attachments. For quite some time now, the e-mails I receive indicate that the attachment is a Pdf document, when I open the e-mail, the attachment is an html file link. If I click on the link, it takes me to a site (not the official bank site, where it request me to enter my banking details - account and password details.

I have reported these e-mails as phishing attempts numerous times and have also requested the bank to assist me in resolving the matter - i.e. confirm whether these are official e-mails and if so, why the strange/******* attachments. I have alsso reported the suspicious e-mails to Standard Bank agents and forwarded the suspicious e-mails to Johanna Kele, who promised to assist. However, to date I have had no response from anybody at the bank whatsoever.
