Standard Bank fails its Home loan terms and conditions
Standard Bank fails a family in distress. It is over two years now, Standard Bank (South Africa) refuses to apply its Home loan terms and conditions after the passing of our father. The latter paid all his premiums until his passing. But the Deceased Department of Standard Bank does not want to honour their engagement. We launched even a complaint within the bank (Complaint Number ***). But they ignore us. We are waiting for Standard Bank to provide us: the life cover sum and original title deed of the property.
