Standard Bank failing to close bank accounts

<p>I am the executor of a person who was an employee of Standard Bank. I have tried closing the deceased's person's bank account the last 3 months. I have send emails to the department that closes deceased accounts and also to the complaints department. I do not know what to do... </p>
