Standard Bank Facebook Team

I would like to send my greatest gratitude to the Standard Bank Facebook Team. After getting no joy from the Home Loans Contact Centre and Olla Letsoalo, I turned to complain on Facebook and since then I have been getting feedback after feedback. They have also been escalating my queries to the Home Loans team. I was almost losing faith in SBSA but thanks to the Facebook Team for their prompt response I am now reconsidering my decision to switch to another bank. <br> <br> Thank you Standard Bank - South Africa Facebook Team, you are simply THEEE best *High Five*
