Standard Bank
Standard Bank GEZINA. Received a message notifying me to collect renewed card. Branch was not busy. From the time I arrived, UNTIL I was FINALLY helped: 1hr25. JUST FOR A CARD COLLECTION. NO reason given for delay!!!!
Then they wonder why so many branches are being closed: NO ONE WANTS TO BANK WITH THEM!!!! Standard Bank have SUCCESSFULLY converted me to a FNB customer.
