Standard bank

Standard bank insurance rips customers off. After the storm,the roof of my house was blown away. Upon claiming,am told that there was bad workmanship on property. How did they cover without ensuring proper workmanship. How did they expect me to know. The storm uprooted huge trees meaning my house and many in our area were not supposed to be affected. I am disheartened by this and when all is well I want nothing to do with standard bank. They are ******.
